Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world and is home to some of the best nightclubs. In addition to nightlife, Las Vegas is also a hotspot for shopping with more fashion boutiques then just about any other city in the world. There is a tremendous amount on interest in fashion which stems from nightlife. Since Las Vegas is home to some of the hottest clubs, it is also home to some of the hottest and most trendy people. To date, Las Vegas has never been a Mecca for Fashion; Club Scene Fashion is on a mission to change that! There are over 30 Million visitors to Las Vegas each year and Las Vegas is the fastest growing city in the United States. Since there are so many people, Las Vegas is an influential city which can introduce new brands and dictate trends.
Summary of the Events Each event will spotlight a different clothing line which we will promote at the venue and online. We create value for attendees by giving away clothing and accessories from the featured brand as well as gift bags consisting of items provided by our sponsors to all participants. There will be a true red carpet set up with a step and repeat with logos from the venue, Club Scene Fashion and our sponsors in the background where everyone that comes in can and will be not only photographed, but also captured on HD film. One objective is to generate as much content as possible we can later deploy online and promote through all Club Scene related websites. Our intent is to identify a main liquor sponsor, energy drink sponsors and other sponsors who could benefit from our targeted demographics to participate in our campaign. Each featured clothing line that sponsors our event will also participate in Club Scene Fashion’s online fashion show with video tagging technology so people can purchase the clothing they saw modeled that night. In addition, Club Scene Fashion has entered into an agreement with a local fashion boutique who will also carry the line featured the night before and we direct traffic to the venue to purchase items featured in the fashion show. Throughout the event, Club Scene Fashion will hire professional photographers to cover the event and take pictures of the attendees as well as cover the fashion show. As people enter the club we are going to gather their information for our database and this will create a red carpet photo opportunity. They will be handed a card on how to retrieve the photos online. These photos will be available on all Club Scene Network related websites including, but not limited to; ClubSceneFashion.com, VegasClubScene.Com, and ClubSceneNetwork.Com. We have an existing relationship with a major video site who will also distribute our video content across their network.Club Scene Fashion will work with local and national media to cover the event and create a strong buzz in the industry. The experience will be fun and exciting. Club Scene Fashion will engage in a public relations campaign and invite local and national press and media outlets to participate in our events. The magnitude of this event should attract fashion specific media. Club Scene’s Public Relations campaign will focus on the obtaining the following coverage: 1. Entertainment & Fashion Magazines 2. Entertainment & Fashion Websites 3. Entertainment and fashion driven Television Networks 4. Placement in syndicated websites 5. Celebrity Gossip Media The PR campaign will also encompass cross promotions and product tie in with different brands. In addition, we will formulate a guest list comprising of industry celebrities.
